Terms of service
The short version: buy official merch, and if it is not right, tell us and we will sort it out.
Orders
An order is accepted when we take payment and send the confirmation. Until then we may decline it, which in practice only happens when something has sold out between your adding it and paying.
Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay, plus postage where it applies.
Payment
Payments are taken and processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details.
Custom prints
If we print a design you sent, you confirm you have the right to use it. We will not print anything that attacks people, copies someone else's mark, or sits against the kaupapa. Custom work is made to your approval and is not returnable unless we printed it wrong.
Returns
Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For a change of mind, email us first. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of that law.
